Kohde sijaitsee hyvällä sijainnilla, kuitenkin rauhallisen tien varrella. Hinta-laatu kohdillaan. Sisäpinnat hieman kuluneet ja nuhruiset, osa tekstiileistä kaipaisi kiireesti uusimista. Keittiön varustelutaso paikoin puutteellinen.
