Villa is built-up 2001 and in ground floor there are 1. bedroom with double bed, 2. bed room with double bed and baby bed. Spacious kitchen/ living room with flat screen TV and fireplace-baking oven. In big part of the kitchen are good equipments even for serveral chefs. Electric heating sauna,house keeping room, toilet, air source heat pump and big terrace. In upstairs 1. bed room with double bed and one single bed, 2. bed room with douple bed and 2 single beds. And second flat screen TV on the open loft´s lounge area. Separate WC.

Fine view from big terrace to ski slopes and gas grill (in summer). Storage. Pets are not allowed. 1,2 km to the slopes along Tahkonlahti skybridge and about 1,9 km by road Lake Syväri 0,8 km,public shore 1,2km, Nilsiä 13 km, Kuopio 65 km, Matkus shoppin center 70 km. Every reservation starts at 16.00 P.M. and ends at 12.00 A.M. ( Also in weekends). Final cleaning is included the rent.
