Hyvä sijainti, pientä kulumaa mm. sohva ala-arvoinen, saunan valonlähteen suojus rikki ja sekoittajan huulitiivisteet vuotivat läpi, wc- pöntön kansi halki , mutta kuulunee vuokrakohteen normi kulumiseen.
