The downstairs bedroom and the loft each have 2 beds. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed for two. The property accommodates 6 people, and by renting the entire semi-detached house (KitkanVee 1 and 2), it can accommodate a larger group.
The surrounding area offers excellent fishing and hiking opportunities. It is a nature destination. The river shore is in its natural state and not suitable for swimming.
The location is peaceful with no neighbors nearby.
47 km north of Kuusamo, 20 km from Ruka, 3.5 km from the village of Käylä, 30 m from the Kitkajoki River. A semi-detached log house apartment built in 2022. Rowing boat and life jackets are shared with the neighbor: guests of KitkanVee 1 have access on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Additional information: WiFi with an operator-reported speed of 100 Mbps. Final cleaning is included in all bookings. The Verne wilderness trail passes by the cabin in winter. Easee electric car charging station available, power 16A (no extra charge).

Bookings start at 4 PM and end at 12 PM on the departure day (including weekend bookings).
