Huoneisto on erittäin rauhallisella paikalla, mutta kuitenkin vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan tai 20min hiihto / kävelymatkan päässä Rukan palveluista. Hiihtoladut / ulkoilureitit lähtevät aivan talon nurkalta. Huoneisto on siisti ja pohjaratkaisu toimiva.
