Toimiva kokonaisuus, jossa neliöt käytetty tehokkaasti. Rauhallinen sijainti, mutta riittävän lähellä sekä rinteitä että Rukan kylää.

Hyvällä sijainnilla kaikille kuntoilijoille. Koira ystävällinen kohde. Takkapuita oli riittävästi. Kaksi vessaa oli plussaa. Muutoinkin kodinkoneiltaan hyvin varusteltu viikon asumiseen.
