Asunto oli kuvauksen mukainen, viihtyisä ja rauhallinen sekä hyvällä sijainnilla. Asunnossa oli erittäin hyvä varustelu. Päämakuuhuoneen sängyssä oli hieman epämukava nukkua sängyn häiritsevän narinan vuoksi.
