Siisti, valoisa pohjaltaan ja varustelultaan erittäin hyvin toimiva asunto.Hyvin säilytystilaakin.Kaksi makuuhuonetta, wc:tä ja suihkua. Kaunis näkymä Talvijärvelle. Ladut aivan vieressä. Tietysti puurakenteisessa rakennuksessa yläkerrasta kuuluu vähän ääniä, muttei häirisevästi.
