29 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village 300 m. Holiday apartment built in 2004, bedroom downtairs with a double bed, bedroom upstairs with 2 beds, combined kitchen-livingroom with a convertible sofa bed, electric sauna. Total area of the apartment is 57 m² of which 47 m² downstairs and 10 m² upstairs.
Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance.
Apartment is suitable for families. Balcony towards lake Kitka. Shared ski maintenance room in the building. Garage for a car. Pets are not allowed, but apartment is not suitable for allergic persons, since the owner's dog visits the apartment occasionally.
