Final Cleaning 88.4 €In the heart of Ruka, just a couple of hundred metres from the village of Länsi-Ruka, this apartment is located so close to the slopes that the walk with your skis is short – the ski resort is only 180 metres away.
Built in 2004, the apartment has one bedroom with two beds, as well as a combined kitchen/living room where a sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for two. The apartment also includes an electric sauna.
It's a 350-metre walk to the shop and 400 metres to a restaurant, so picking up an evening snack or meal after a day on the slopes requires little effort. Please note that construction work is taking place in the area during 2025-26, which may occasionally be visible or audible nearby.
The ski track (300 m) and the snowmobile trail (250 m) are both close by, and the SkiBus and regular bus stop 400 metres away. You can manage very well here without a car. For those arriving by car, there is a parking space with an engine heater socket.
Karhunvartijanlinna C17 is located on the right-hand side of Hiihtokouluntien, in building C. Apartment number 17 is on the first floor (two flights of stairs); the first floor can also be reached via the walking path running behind the buildings.

Additional information: Suitable for both families and business use. The balcony faces Lake Kitkajärvi (away from the fell).
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out on the departure day is by 12 noon (also applies to weekend bookings).
