Final Cleaning 145.6 €Hot tub 260 €27 km north of Kuusamo. A separate cabin built in 2006 close to the slopes.
2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 beds in each. Kitchen-living room, a separate toilette, bathroom/toilet/dressing room/sauna.
1 bedroom upstairs with 4 separate beds and an alcove with 1 bed. 3 beds on the loft.
Cable TV, dvd, internet connection (wireless, speed 8 MB), high chair and cot (no child safety gate on the loft). CLEANING included in the price when booked for a week, but it is still not included in the price at summer time May-August.
A hot tub on back terrace for extra price 250 €/ 1-2 usages (client heats /fills the hot tub by himself, time 3-6 hours, price includes cleaning of the hot tub afterwards, however client removes water from it). Additional use for extra price 40/use, agreement beforehand with the owner. Pre-heated, price 350 €.
50 m to ski bus stop! The cabin includes two separate toilettes downstairs. One of them in the dressing room. Ski tracks and snowmobile routes are near to, as also Uuttusuo cafe. A snowmobile is possible to rent 120 €/day, reservation directly from the caretaker.
Reservations begin at 4 pm on arrival day and end at 12 o’clock noon on departure day (also during weekends).
Natural conditions (e.g. water levels) may vary and affect, for example, the accuracy of the shoreline description. Lomarengas is not responsible for such changes or their impact on the use of the property. Further information in the booking terms.
