Apartment in a kelo-log house with 3 more apartments. 200 m to lake Kesäjärvi where sandy bottomed shore with a rowing boat (shared use with one other apartment). The nearest ski lift is at Talvijärvi area ca. 2,1 km (lift is usually open December-April), Ruka center ca. 3 km. Nearest food market is 800 m.
Air source heat pump on the loft for heating or cooling. Ski maintenance room in shared use (a warm space with a ski maintenance rack), located in the end of storage building. In the same building also separate storage for firewood, which is included in the price.
Please, notice that room temperature is about +18ºC on arrival. Please, turn "kotona-poissa" -switch (home/away) to "kotona"-position and after that the heat will begin to raise.
