A comfortably, at 2025 renovated log panel terraced house apartment (built in 2006) in a prime location in East Ruka, from which both winter and summer activities are easily accessible either from the immediate vicinity of the apartment (mountain biking) or a maximum of approx. 600 m away (Masto Ski slopes).
The bedroom on the ground floor of the apartment has a double bed (160x200 cm) and blackout curtains.
The loft has two single beds and a sofa bed (width when spread out 130 cm).
The ground floor also has a cozy living area/living room kitchen, electric sauna and toilet.
Sturdy stairs lead to the loft and the comfortable living area of the loft also has a second TV.
End apartment in a four-apartment terraced house located near the Masto slopes.
Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros 28 km, Riisitunturi 32 km.
Additional equipment: The property has a high chair and potty for children and a baby gate at the top of the loft stairs. A baby travel cot is available free of charge with advance reservation; if you would like to also book a baby blanket and bed linen, they can be booked for an additional fee from the apartment caretaker.
Additional information: 100 m to the ski bus route. 100 m to the snowmobile route, there is also space for a trailer in the yard.
Lockable ski storage room per apartment. Ski waxing room + additional toilet shared by four apartments, the waxing room is a warm space with a waxing stand and iron.
Carport. Charging of electric cars is prohibited.
Reservations start at 4 pm and end at 12 pm on the day of departure (including weekend reservations).
