A comfortably, at 2025 renovated log panel terraced house apartment (built in 2006) in a prime location in East Ruka, from which both winter and summer activities are easily accessible either from the immediate vicinity of the apartment (mountain biking) or a maximum of approx. 600 m away (Masto Ski slopes).
The bedroom on the ground floor of the apartment has a double bed (160x200 cm) and blackout curtains.
The loft has two single beds and a sofa bed (width when spread out 130 cm).
The ground floor also has a cozy living area/living room kitchen, electric sauna and toilet.
Sturdy stairs lead to the loft and the comfortable living area of the loft also has a second TV.
End apartment in a four-apartment terraced house located near the Masto slopes.

Additional equipment: The cabin has a high chair, travel cot and potty for children, as well as a baby gate at the top of the loft stairs. If you would like to also book a baby blanket and bed linen, they can be booked from the apartment caretaker for an additional fee. The downstairs and upstairs living areas both have their own smart TV, and there is also a Bluetooth speaker/radio and a SONOS soundbar on the downstairs TV. Accommodation comfort is provided by an air-to-air heat pump that provides cooling or heating if necessary.
Additional information: 100 m to the ski bus route. 100 m to the snowmobile route, there is also space for a trailer in the yard.
Lockable ski storage room per apartment. Ski waxing room + additional toilet shared by four apartments, the waxing room is a warm space with a waxing stand and iron.

Reservations start at 4 pm and end at 12 pm on the day of departure (including weekend reservations).
