The ground floor offers 54 m² of living space, complemented by a spacious 20 m² loft that can be used for sleeping or relaxing. With a ceiling height of 162 cm, the loft is especially suitable for children or casual lounging.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
Pets are allowed only in downstairs. Pet fee/ pet.
New and peaceful area with semi-detached houses.
