Mökki on rauhallisella alueella hyvien liikenne ja ulkoilureittien varrella Rukan kylän lähellä. Paritalotyyppinen kelomökki on huolellisesti tehty ja kaikki käyttölaitteet hyvin toimivia. Mökki on mukavan rauhallisella paikalla. Ladulle pääsi pihasta moottorikelkan jälkeä pitkin.
