Cozy destination in a beautiful Valkeisrinne district. 100 m to the pond Valkeisenlampi with the common jetty. 28 km north from Kuusamo, distance to Ruka ski resort is 1,5 km along a hiking trail, 6,5 km distance by a car (1,5 km along a ski trail), pond Valkeisenlampi 100 m. Wooden/stone semi-detached apartment, built in 1989. Spacious living room/kitchen with big window, in the dining area a breakfast cabinet (microwave, kettle and toaster). Heat-storing fire place with baking space, e.g. for stewing food. Bedroom 1 with 2 beds and workdesk, bedroom 2 with 2 beds and workdesk, bed 3 room with 2 beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Good closet spaces in bedrooms and hallway. The holiday home has been renovated and surfaces renewed almost entirely, most recently in 2022-23 (e.g. sauna and washroom, toilet, part of the floor-, ceiling- and wall surfaces, appliances and kitchen). Toilet renovated in 2022. Electric sauna, washroom/shower (renovated in 2004). WiFi, Playstation 3 and lots of games, 2 workstations for remote work (incl. screen and keyboard). The high chair is a Stokke Tripp-Trapp chair, also a travel cot and potty for a child. In a lockable warehouse sledges, sliders and 3 Stiga children's snowboard boards.

Distance to Ruka village (West Ruka) is 1,5 km by foot. Pets are prohibited (note. the owner has a dog that is sometimes at the cottage).

Tosi viihtyisä, tilava ja todella hyvin varusteltu mökki rauhallisella paikalla lähellä Ruka keskusta. Takapihalta suoraan ladulle ja kesäisin retkeilyreitille. Iso plussa siitä että vaikka mökki olikin paritalo niin yhteistä seinää ei naapuruksilla ollut vaan välissä oli varastotilat ulkotilaa. Näin naapureista...See more

Tilava mökki, kaikki toiminnot samassa tasossa, iso yhtenäinen keittiö olohuone tila, joka toi lisää tilantuntua ja helppoutta mökkielämään.
