Mökin sijainti loistava, kävelymatka rinteeseen ja hiihtämään pääsi mökin ovelta asti (ladulla muutama sata metriä). Kaikki tarvittavat keittiö yms. välineet löytyivät. Ainut miinus oli, että mökissä vain yksi vessa, joka kylpyhuoneessa.
