Varustelutaso on korkealuokkainen. Yhteiset tilat olivat isot ja ilmavat. Kodinhoitohuone huipputasoinen. Ainoa miinus viilentimen puutteesta.

Siisti mökki, hyvät puitteet ja tarvikkeet oli isommallekkin porukalle. Mökillä viihtyi erinomaisesti.

Viihtyisä mökki lähellä latuja ja hiihtohissiä. Lapset olivat yläkerrassa, jossa oli hyvä äänieristys:), hyvää oli myös se, ettei korkeakattoisessa mökussä kuitenkaan kaikunut.
