30km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 20km, Lake Ylikitkajärvi (Kitkajärvi) 30m, shallow sandy bottom beach, suitable for children, rowing boat, electric outboard motor and life jackets. Log cottage, built in 1974, kitchen renovated totally 2024, livingroom, bedroom: double bed (through it to small bedroom, door between), small bedroom: bunk bed, dressing room (next to sauna): 1 bed, toilet. Lakeside sauna all year round, 20 m² built in 2018, floor heating, wood-heated sauna stove, water must be carried from the lake or from the cottage. In sauna building there are also dressing room and 2 beds (as alternative beds). Electric light and radiators. Notice: room height is lower than usual (2050 mm).

Cottage and lakeside sauna situated on Lake Ylikitkajärvi. Terrace (not covered) by the shore. Sunny plot. One bicycle and electric smoker available. Also an outdoor toilet. Pets allowed; however maximum 2 pets. Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 33 km, Riisitunturi Fell 45 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Mökki kaipaisi jo päivitystä. Keittiö toimiva ja nykyaikainen. Kelirikko aikaan valitettavan syrjässä asvalttitiestä. Opastus kannattaa ohjata Rukan jälkeen näin rospuuttoaikaan.

Viihtyisä mökki todella rauhallisella paikalla. Ulkosaunassa sai hyvät löylyt! Hieman miinusta pesutilan/vessan kunnosta, kaipaisi remonttia. Sekä hiiri oli eksyny mökkikaveriksi, mutta eipä tuo lommaan vaikuttanu ?
