Kanavan Onni is an atmospheric and spacious residential building in a lovely location along the Saimaa Canal. The spacious premises are particularly suitable for large groups to get together. Also well suited for families with children, commuters and remote workers. Near the centre of Lappeenranta, Saimaa Canal 30 m, no swimming area, the nearest swimming area is 500 metres away, there is a public beach 2 km away. No pier or boat available. Wooden cottage 1921, renovated 1990, downstairs has a large 80 m² living room, dining area, kitchen, washroom, electric stove in the sauna, two toilets, large open terrace. The living room has a video projector and a large Bluetooth speaker. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, two with a double bed, three with a double bed and a single bed, plus one cot, in the lobby there is a sofa bed for two. Mini kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Outdoor sauna with wood stove and water kettle, bottled water, and the changing room.
