Spacious and stylishly decorated villa just 13 km from the center of Jyväskylä. Lake Leppävesi is 50 m away. Leppävesi is connected to Lake Päijänne via the Vaajakoski Canal, and to the north, there are canal connections to Lakes Saravesi and Keitele.

The wooden villa, built in 2014, features a shallow sandy beach. There is a long pier and a private rowing boat. The property includes a main building, a lakeside sauna with a hot tub, a stable building with additional accommodation, and a glassed-in terrace by the shore.

The main building has a spacious living room with two sofa sets, a heat-storing fireplace, a large dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also a sauna with an electric stove. The spacious bathroom/laundry room includes a whirlpool bath for one person and a shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: two single beds and a sleeper chair; Bedroom 2: two single beds; Bedroom 3: a bunk bed with a lower bed measuring 120x200 cm and an upper bed measuring 80x200 cm.

In the yard, there is a separate garage/accommodation building with a cozy living area. The living area is equipped with an air-source heat pump, a 120x200 cm bed, and a sofa bed that converts into a 140x200 cm bed. One side of the two-car garage is available for use.

The maximum occupancy is eight people. Additional sleeping places are optional.

By the shore, there is a separate lakeside sauna with a sauna room and a combined kitchen/living room. The sauna has a wood-burning stove. In summer, cold water is supplied to the sauna via a hose. In winter, you can still use the sauna, but water must be carried from the lake or the main building. In front of the sauna, there is a wood-heated hot tub, the use of which is included in the rental. Guests fill and heat the hot tub themselves. Final cleaning of the hot tub is included in the rental.

There is a spacious glassed-in terrace by the shore. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a gas grill. The glassed-in terrace offers a great view of the shore and the lake.
