A cabin in a peaceful location, just 13 km from the services of Varkaus city center, situated on the shores of Lake Osma, 50 m away. The shore is shallow with a quickly deepening gravel bottom. Beyond the end of the pier, the bottom is muddy. The property includes a private pier and a rowing boat.

The wooden cabin (built in 2008) features a spacious living room/combined kitchen/living room with a long dining table for up to eight people, armchairs, and a heat-retaining fireplace. There are two separate bedrooms; one with three single beds and the other with two single beds and a TV. In total, there are beds for 5 guests. The sauna has a wood-burning stove, a washroom/shower, and a separate toilet. The upper floor of the cabin is currently not available for use.

In the yard, there is garden furniture for four people. By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna (no electricity). Water is carried to the sauna from the lake. The sauna stove has a water tank for heating wash water. The lakeside sauna includes a separate dressing room. A charcoal grill is available at the lakeside sauna, but guests need to provide their own charcoal and lighter fluid.

The owner has an animal farm 500 m away, which can be visited with a guided tour for an additional fee. The farm has sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, and dogs.

A map for orienteering in the nearby area is available at the cabin. Guidance for orienteering can be arranged with the owner for an additional fee. In winter, when conditions allow, there is a ski track on the lake ice.

The owner offers rental of 2 pairs of snowshoes, 3 kayaks, and 1 canoe.
