Mökki sijaitsee kätevän etäisyyden päässä Kolin kylältä ja Ukko-Kolilta sekä aivan hiihtolatujen kupeessa. Mökki oli siisti, kaikki toimi ja majoittumaan mahtuu iso määrä ihmisiä. Suhteessa maksimaaliseen henkilömitoitukseen ovat peseytymis- ja wc-tilat sekä astianpesukone pienehköt, mutta toimivat pienemmällä kokoonpanolla.
