30 km to the west from Joensuu, lake Kuorinka 20 m (length 5 km, width 3 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom, pier and rowing boat. Wooden villa 1993, renovated in 2018, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (13 m²), one with double bed and another with two beds, dressing room / utility room, shower, sauna (electric sauna stove), WC. Large terrace with gas grill and smoker. Lakeside sauna with wood-burning sauna stove and dressing room. Garage. Air source heat pump. The neighboring cabin (40 m) is used by the owner. There is a hot tub and a covered cooking area in the cabin’s yard. In order to use these, please contact to the owner (no extra fee). The owner will not be at the cabin when the hot tub is in use. If you book this destination, you will get access to a small island nearby. Rowing distance to this island is 800 m. The island is for shared use. There is a campfire site, composting toilet and a tent for the overnight stay on the island. Bed linen (sheets and towels) and final cleaning are included in the bookings.

Ihana paikka! Siisti ja tasokas varustelu. Rantasaunassa mukavat löylyt ja aito mökkisaunan tunnelma. Palju vapaasti käytössä. Harrastevälineitä löytyi, joskin emme niitä käyttäneen. Lapsen kanssa (3 v. ) soutelumme 'Nuuskamuikkusen' saarelle. Kiva isäntäväki.
