Welcome to enjoy a spacious 230 m² log villa built in 2005, set in the maritime landscapes of Rönnäs. This villa is ideal for celebrations, family gatherings, birthdays, graduations, bachelor parties, as well as corporate retreats and meetings. Accommodation for up to 17 people provides comfortable settings for larger groups.

The villa's highlights include a beautiful sea view, a large terrace, and a peaceful location surrounded by nature. The area's golf course is about 800 meters away, making it an excellent choice for golf enthusiasts.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with separate beds, two of which have their own WC and shower. Additionally, the ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, a separate WC with a shower, a cozy fireplace room with direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a WC and an electric sauna.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with separate beds and a loft area with three additional sleeping places.

The shore is approximately 100 meters from the villa. Guests have access to a shared lakeshore area with a small sandy beach, shared by three cottages. Another shared sandy beach for cottage residents is about 200 meters away.
