Log building 1991, 38 m², renovation 2016, living room/kitchen convertible sofa (140 cm), alcove with door double bed, sauna, washroom/WC, open porch. Gas grill, coffee maker and radio in the grill house.

Nice cottage on a sunny plot. Level, grassed, very well maitained yard area. Plot has roofed grill and craggy old pines. A long solid earth jetty on the shore. Water in the lake is dark coloured, rich in humus. Lake Ala-Ruokovesi has canal connection with Lake Pieni-Ruokovesi. Both lakes have good zander stocks. Canal area is about 350 m long, distance from the cottage about 50 m. Nearest neighbour is owner. By separate agreement / payment meal services available to the cottage. Konditoria Mahlberg (confectionary shop) 10 km, “Tanssilava Maaningan Kasino” dance floor 20 km. At Siilinjärvi 28 km away Tarinan Golf, Kasurila ski resort, Fontanella spa, Tahko ski resort 60 km. Only small dogs/cats allowed.Please, don't let you pet stay on the beds or sofa.

Viihtyisä ja tunnelmallinen mökki. Makuuhuoneesta ei ehkä voi puhua, vaikka tilaan olikin ovi; kynnykseltä pitää mennä sänkyyn ja kaksi sänkyä täyttävät koko tilan. Omistajan kanssa oli helppoa ja nopeaa asioida.
