Final Cleaning 127.1 €60 km south of Mikkeli, Sarkavesi 30 m (length 11 km, width 0.5 km), shallow, hard sandy bottom, private boat.
Log building from 2007. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a 120 cm wide bed, TV lounge, and balcony. Sauna with electric stove, dressing room, washroom, open porch. Grill shelter behind the villa. Wireless internet connection, air source heat pump. Outboard motor available for rent at an additional cost, payable directly to the owner.
Note: To fully enjoy your holiday, we recommend booking the final cleaning service. The owner requires a 100 euro deposit upon arrival. The deposit is refunded when the cleaning is completed according to the booking terms.
The cottage is set in a pine forest area, with no lawn, and a gentle slope leading down to the lakeshore. Water is sourced from the lake through a filter. The water pump occasionally makes noise. The neighbor is 30 meters away, and the owner has a lakeside sauna and a kota available for rent by separate agreement. Each has its own yard and pier, but the road is shared.
The owner has a farm 0.7 km away, with pigs, chickens, and a direct sales point. There are 2 Shetland ponies available for self-guided riding. Repovesi National Park is 21 km away, and Art Center Salmela is 20 km away. Cottages numbered 9911 and 7555 are located in the same village, approximately 1-2 km apart. A travel cot is available.
