Niemi is an ideal destination for couples who would like to spend a holiday in modest conditions and close to the nature.

29 km to the south from Mikkeli, lake Ylä-Kuomiojärvi 5 m (length 2 km, width 1,5 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom, pier and rowing boat. The beach is suitable even for small children.

Wooden cabin 1975, living room, kitchenette, sleeping alcove with 110 cm wide bed for one, separate sleeping area with spreadable bed for two,. The 110 cm wide sofa bed in the sleeping alcove offers sleeping sites for two children, maximun number of guests can be exceeded by one child.

Access to the dressing room and sauna (wood-burning sauna) via the covered porch.

The cabin has LPG-operated stove and refrigerator. The lights use solar power.

Water must be taken from either the lake or the well. Please bring the drinking water by yourself.
