Booking Fee 22 €Log cabin was built in 1991 and renovated in 2007. It is located by river Kuohattijoki, approx. 14 km from Nurmes. 40 m to the river shore, hard sand/silt bottom, pier, canoe, campfire place.
Open kitchen-living room with convertible sofa and electric sauna downstairs (28 m²). Loft (12 m²) with mattress for 2 persons and a mattress. In summer time sleeping cabin with double bed as an alternative bed, there is electricity and electric heating in the cabin.
Bed linen and final cleaning can be booked from the owner.
You can buy a lure fishing license for river Kuohattijoki from the sports equipment shop Konesola Nurmes (Kirkkotie 16 A, Nurmes, tel. +358 13 480 180).
Owner rents out a boat and an electric outboard motor, boat is situated by the Lake Lautiainen in 13 km from the cabin. There is water connection from Lake Lautiainen to Lake Pielinen.
Cabin can be reached by car during summer and winter time.
