A well-equipped house by the sea. Plot does not cover seashore and beach is not in private use. However, usually only guests of Merivanamo uses that part of the beach. Flat, suitable for children, grassy courtyard. Good berry countries next door. In a quiet region near Haukipudas and Oulu. Mökki on toimiva kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Soutuveneen vesille lasku liian raskasta vanhemmalle miehelle jäi meri kalastus nolliin laiturin puute on iso PUUTE.
Lomarengas: Mökin rannassa ei voi olla laituria, koska meriveden korkeus vaihtelee puolitoista metriä, joten laituri olisi joko välillä kuivalla tai veden peittämänä. Perämeren rannat ovat tosi matalia ja välillä hiekkadyynit ovat näkösällä. Talvisin taas meri veisi laiturin mennessään.
