On the ground floor, WC, fireplace room, sauna (electric sauna stove) and terrace.

Modern villa with stylish decoration on a sunny plot. Large fenced yard area. Distance from the terrace to the swimming pier is 5 m. On a larger pier, barbecue and sun canopy. New Port Marina next to the villa, possibility to rent a berth (according to the booking situation) for the duration of your stay. Also, Mainiemi Camping is located next to the villa. Services of the municipality center of Padasjoki are about 2 km away. The unique Päijänne National Park is located 7 km away by boat. There is a boat taxi operating in Padasjoki, where you can rent shuttle service to the national park. There are numbers of free time activities in Padasjoki area including boating, fishing, canoeing, disc golf and tennis. In winter, you can use a swimming hall and a wide ski trail network. A track and an excursion skating rink pass in front of the property in winter. It's less than an hour's drive away for a Himos.

  Viiden tähden puitteet kolmen tähden varustelulla ja kunnolla. Aivan huikea paikka, joka mahdollisti lapsiperheelle monenlaista kesäpuuhaa ja tekemistä. Valitettavasti huvilan kunto ei vaan vastaa enää kyllä sitä, mitä kuvista voisi päätellä.

  Rakennus itsessään oli uudehko ja homeeton. En saanut allergiaoireita, vaikka olen herkkä allergikko. Talonmieheltä ja siivoojalta sai apua. Mutta kohteessa oli myös puutteita.
