The villa features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a terrace, four double bedrooms, each with a small workspace, a sauna, two toilets, and shower facilities with two showers. Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and separate shower. In the lobby, there is an 80cm bed. Downstairs, next to the sauna, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The Paltamo golf area is charming and peaceful. In the winter, there is a maintained ski trail on the lake, which is maintained by the municipality and village committee. There are various year-round attractions to visit, such as Jättiläisenmaa (26km), the Katinkulta Spa (40km), and Finland's highest waterfall, Hepoköngäs (66km). In the winter, Vuokatti ski slopes (44km) and Paljakka (43km) are also nearby. During the summer, Manamasalo (45km), Oulujärvi's most famous attraction, and the Meteli toy museum within walking distance are worth visiting.
