Wooden farmhouse 1935, partially renovated 2010, kitchen, living room with spreadable bed (115 cm) for one, bedroom 1 with double bed, on the upper floor bedroom 2 (18 m²) with a double bed, a junior bed and two baby cribs, bedroom 3 spreadable bed (115 cm) for one. There is two mattresses in the lobby on the upper floor as an extra beds. There is also extra room (6 m²) with two single beds in the yard house. There are extra room, dressing room, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove) and dry toilet with a washing machine and covered terrace in the yard house. Gas grill and table group in the barbecue hut.

Simonmäki is a lovely “grandma-like” place for holiday. There is no own beach, but the beach of village is 900 m away. Suitable for two families. There is plenty of grassy area on the yard, for example, for the football game. There are several dozens of apple trees and berry bushes on the garden plot. Fruits and berries produced by those plants are freely enjoyable. Mykkiin kivet, the largest group of boulders in Nordics, 8 km, bird wetland Siikalahti on lake Simpelejärvi 12 km, Parikkala 15 km, Punkaharju 40 km, Kitee 74 km, Savonlinna 74 km, Imatra 75 km, Svetogorsk 82 km, Helsinki 332 km.
