Mukavan kodikas kohde.

Sijainti oli mielestämme hyvä. Hiihtolatu lähtee aivan vierestä. Kiva näkymä Pyhä-tunturille. Kauppa kävelymatkan päässä kuitenkin. Huoneistossa kelvolliset astiastot , hyvä sauna ja yleissiisti, vaikka ei mitään luksusta kuitenkaan. Lemmikkieläin sallittu mikä vaikutti meillä päätökseen.

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Kaikki tarvittava oli saatavilla, astioita oli runsaasti ja ne olivat hyvälaatuisia. Myös muut perustarvikkeet olivat ok. Lattialämmitykset olisi voinut panna päälle etukäteen koska wc ja pesutilojen lämpätila nousi vasta seuraavana päivänä järjestelmän hitauden takia.
