A log villa built in 2014 includes a combined kitchen/living room, three bedrooms (10 m² each), one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with spacious wardrobes, a dressing room, a washroom (with 2 showers and a toilet), an electric sauna, a separate toilet, and a terrace.

A separate lakeside sauna of 25 m² features a wood-burning stove, a washroom with a shower and toilet, and a fireplace room with two additional beds. Alternatively, extra sleeping places are available in the main building with mattresses.
