Log-framed, wood-clad cabin built in 2025, with a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet, and a loft alcove with two beds. Water is pumped from the lake, drinking water is provided by the owner.
Separate log sauna with a dressing room and a wood-burning stove, wash water is heated in a stove tank. Water is pumped from the lake to the sauna.
Access to the grill shelter with a traditional Finnish grill through a large terrace.
Please note: During the summer season, the changeover day is Monday!
Nature walks and observations can be enjoyed right from the cabin's yard, with access to a marked 1 km nature trail starting at the corner of the cabin.
The cabin is located near the Sorsasalo – Ahveninen hunting area managed by Metsähallitus (permit area 7693), offering over 7,000 hectares of hunting grounds. Game species in the area include black grouse, capercaillie, hazel grouse, beavers, and hares.

Available for rent: two canoes, an electric outboard motor, and bicycles.
Jäppilä 9 km, Varkaus city 20 km, Leppävirta 25 km, Pieksämäki 25 km, Kuopio 80 km. All services available in the centers of Leppävirta and Varkaus (including the Vesileppis spa).
