70 km southwest of Iisalmi, lake Koivujärvi 250 m, hard, gently sloping, rocky beach (not for swimming), own boat. NOTE! No swimming possibility, no pier. Spacious 2-story log house built in 2016, on the ground floor kitchen-living room (40 m²), hall, vestibule, washroom, sauna (electric), separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, 3 terraces. Upstairs in the lobby pool table, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, a cot and a baby changing table, sleeping area with sofa bed for 2, balcony. Air source heat pump for heating and cooling. Yard sauna (wood-burning sauna stove) for year-round use; dressing room and terrace. The yard sauna has electricity, the water comes through a hose. There is a lean-to on the beach.

Log house located on a quiet hillock, distance to the beach 250 m. During summer there are cows grazing in the neighborhood. The downstairs kitchen is ideal for meetings and celebrations, catering services available by separate agreement. Table space for 14 people. NB! Pets allowed only on the ground floor! The rental price includes bicycles, 2 pairs of forest skis, usual cross-country skiing skis, snow shoes and indoor shoes for every clients. A transferable bathtub can be rented from the owner. Mökki oli kaikin puolin sellainen kun toivottiin ja luvattiin! Ainut miinus oli kun ilp ja alakerran makuuhuoneiden patterit pimeni kun paloi sulake, mutta tästä oltiin yhteydessä mökin omistajiin, sulakkeet saatiin vaihdettua ja asia menossa selvitykseen. Suosittelen mökkiä, koska oli sijainniltaan hyvä ja tilava isommallekkin porukalle ja todella ystävällinen isäntäväki.

Mökki oli tilava. Mutta monia pieniä puutteita oli. Esim keittiön valaistus heikko, ruoanlaittoon pieni, liesituuletin toimi vain pieniä hetkiä ja valot olivat palaneet. Saatiin koko mökki savua täyteen kun paistettiin kalaa. Ja monen monta muutakin epäkohtaa oli ja ulkosaunalla vaaran paikkoja.
