Wooden summer cottage 1947, renovated in the 2000s, living room/kitchen, sofa bed as spare bed 120 x 190 cm, sleeping alcove 140 x 200 cm bed, air-source heat pump, stove, sauna (wood-fired sauna stove) and dressing room, access to the sauna is via terrace, outdoor toilet, terrace.

Koivujärvessä todistetusti hyvin kuhaa, haukea ja ahvenia. Laiturialue viihtyisä. Omistaja oli tuonut reilusti juomavettä. Saunassa sai hyvät löylyt ja ulkovessa oli siisti. Hinta- ja laatusuhde hyvä.
