A well-equipped villa located on a sunny plot, with lots of games and equipment for a pleasant holiday. 165 km north of Jyväskylä, Muurasjärvi 35 m, shallow, rapidly deepening sandy beach, pier and rowing boat. Spacious log-built villa (built in 2000) with combined living room and kitchen-living room. Spacious dining area, sofa furniture and TV. The kitchen-living room is well-equipped and also has a baking oven. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed. In addition, the downstairs has a utility room, combined toilet/washroom, shower and sauna with a wood-burning stove. In the spacious lobby upstairs there is a futon sofa (when spread out 140 x 190 cm extra bed), a double bed in the bedroom and a separate curtained alcove in the bedroom with two beds and a baby bed. Including the extra bed, there are a total of eight beds, but the maximum number of people accommodated is six. Two additional places are alternative sleeping places. There is also a separate beach sauna in the yard with a wood-heated stove. The beach sauna is available all year round. In the cold season, the water for the sauna must be carried from the villa. There is a wood-heated hot tub on the beach sauna terrace, which can be rented for an additional fee between 1.5. and 30.10. The hot tub is rented from the owner. The property has a pre-paid fishing permit. With the permit, you can troll or cast a net or cast a net. More information about using the fishing permit is available at the cottage. The owner has two SUP boards that can be rented. Rental is arranged directly with the owner on site. There are also two kayaks available for rent. Kayak rental must be arranged well in advance before arriving at the cottage (kayaks are not stored at the cottage). The villa is rented only for a peaceful holiday.
