A cabin located on Teponsaari island, at the tip of a peninsula right by the water, with a hot tub available for an additional fee. 30 km northwest of Joensuu, Lake Viinijärvi 8 m (134.9 km²), a shallow, gently sloping sand bottom, private beach, 2 boats, a pier, and a boat dock in a sheltered bay. The cabin was built in 1972 and completely renovated and expanded in 2012. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds and the other with 1 bed and a sofa bed, a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a door. Wood-heated sauna, bathroom, indoor compost toilet, and terrace. Additionally, there is another compost toilet in the yard. Hot tub available for an additional fee; reservations and payment must be arranged with the owner. The rental price is 80 euros for 1 day, and the next day is 20 euros if the water is not changed in between. For longer periods, arrange with the owner. The owner maintains an ice road to the cabin in winter. Before making a winter reservation, ensure access to the island with the owner.

Teponsaari island is about 2-3 hectares in size and has 2 other cabins. The cabin is a 100 m rowboat trip from the mainland. The cabin has its own well, but the water has not been tested. The owner brings drinking water, or it can be collected from the owner by yourself if one prefers not to use the well water. Up to 3 pets allowed. Pet fee is 10€/pet, payment for the owner. Polvijärvi 19 km, Outokumpu 38 km, Koli 64 km. Reservations start at 16:00 and end at 12:00 on the day of departure.
