56 km to the northwest from Joensuu, own artificial pond 200m (length 90 m, width 30 m), access to the water from pier, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m, the deepest point is 4 m. Wooden holiday house 1929, renovated in 1940, 1962 and 2013. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, room with spreadable sofa bed, access to the bedroom with 2 double bed from this room. Bedroom with bed, double bed and balcony on the upper floor. There is also a bed on the staircase on the upper floor. WC on both floors. On the upper floor wood-heated sauna, shower in steam room and dressing room. Washing machine in the basement. There are also entrance hall, porch and terrace. Lakeside sauna use only for summertime (Jun - Sept). Sauna with dressing room, no electricity in the sauna. Water to the sauna is transported in tanks by using a separate trolley. Nice farm-like yard in the middle of the peaceful environment. There is a cooking hut in the yard and a campfire site by the artificial pond. There is also a playhouse in the yard and two rooms (can be used in summer) in the outbuilding. Wireless 4G internet.

Distance to the hunting areas on state owned lands is about 2 km. The cabin is surrounded by a terrain, which offers good possibilities for picking berries. Distance to the public swimming beach maintained by the municipality is 5 km. The possibility to organize parties and social evenings in the barn building. Polvijärvi municipality center 19 km, Holiday Centre Huhmari 35 km, Koli 60 km. Linen and final cleaning available for an additional fee. Pets allowed for an additional fee per pet. Any additional cleaning needs caused by pets must be taken care of on the day of departure (e.g. careful vacuuming of sofas, beds). Please also keep the yard clean, thank you.

  Aivan ihana paikka isommallekin porukalle! Siistiä ja hyvässä kunnossa kaikki tilat. Iso piha ja navettarakennus, joissa oli hyvä pelailla pihapelejä ja pingistä.   Paljon tilaa,hyvät keittiövälineet ja astiasto.Paljon erilaisia pelejä ja pöytäpelejä sisällä puuhasteluun,mikä olikin plussaa,kun säät sattuivat niin huonot ulkoiluun.Kiva grillikatos,jossa sai loimutettua lohta ja paistettua lettuja.
