New and stylish holiday villa in its own peace on the shore of a large lake. Shallow, sandy beach. A hot tub can be rented for an extra fee. 33 km to the south from Posio municipality center, lake Kaukuanjärvi 25 m (length 9 km, width 1,7 km), shallow beach with sand bottom, rowing boat. Log villa, completed in 2022. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, sauna, washroom/WC, utility room and also a separate WC. Two cube mattresses as extra beds. Large covered terrace with an always warm hydro massage bath. The hydro massage bath can be rented for an extra fee, payment per reservation.

Upea, uusi mökki kaikilla mukavuuksilla lähellä rantaviivaa. Järvimaisemaa sai ihailla suurista ikkunoista läpi päivän.

Rauhallinen paikka mökille, joka kauniin luonnon ympäröimä kaukana palveluista. On hiljaista, porot käyvät tervehtimässä päivittäin! Mökki itsessään lähes uusi, ja varustus on riittävä isommallekin henkilömäärälle. Siistiä. Internetyhteys huono, ei toiminut omalla 'mokkulallakaan'!
