140 km to the northeast from Oulu, in Iso-Syöte tourist center. Ski lifts and ski slopes are near (150 m). Wooden villa, built in 2007, surfaces and kitchen are renovated in 2020. Living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, one with double bed and two others with two single beds in each. Loft with 2 beds and sofa bed, sauna, washroom, separate WC and covered terrace. Playroom for children in the loft. Car shelter.

Loma-Saaga 3 is a high-quality holiday apartment. It is located next to the Iso-Syöte ski slopes and restaurant services. There is also a ski trail near the house (10 m). The cabin shares a car shelter with another cabin (car shelter is located between the cabins). The living room/kitchen is spacious and bright.
