140 km to the northeast from Oulu, in Iso-Syöte tourist center. Ski lifts and ski slopes are near (150 m). Wooden villa, built in 2007, surfaces and kitchen are renovated in 2020. Living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, one with double bed and two others with two single beds in each. Loft with 2 beds and sofa bed, sauna, washroom, separate WC and covered terrace. Playroom for children in the loft. Car shelter. Price includes 1 x ski pass to the slopes (during the winter 2024-25).

Loma-Saaga 3 is a high-quality holiday apartment. It is located next to the Iso-Syöte ski slopes and restaurant services. There is also a ski trail near the house (10 m). The cabin shares a car shelter with another cabin (car shelter is located between the cabins). The living room/kitchen is spacious and bright. It is offering plenty of nice space even for a larger group. Grocery shop, pizzeria, pub, gym, sports hall, hotel-restaurant, snowmobile rental, mountain bike rental etc. within 200 m distance. Kaikin puolin siisti, tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja hyvin varusteltu mökki, jossa tilaa majoittua isommallakin porukalla. Hyvä sijainti lähellä hiihtokeskuksen palveluita.
