    Siisti huoneisto lähellä rinteitä. Varusteluna kaikki tarpeellinen. Kuivauskaappi ulkovarastossa ja siitä oli kevään märillä keleillä suuri hyöty. Hinta kohtuullinen varsinkin kun siivous kuului hintaan.
