40 km northwest of Savonlinna, Lake Kolkonjärvi 20 m (length 16 km, width 2 km), the lake is one of Finland's cleanest lakes, visibility and water brightness is exceptional, shallow hard sand/rock bottom, pier, own boat. Wooden cottage built in 1978, renovated in 2008 and 2023, kitchen/living room with sofa bed (width 120 cm), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, washing room with shower and toilet. Air heat pump. Separate lakeside sauna (25 m²) with wood burning stove, dressing room with kichenette, terrace, water for the sauna from the lake.
