Final Cleaning 93.6 €2-storied cabin built in 2000 and located on shore of Ranuanjärvi lake. Lake shore is shallow and sandy. Pier, rowing boat and canoe.
The cabin is a former Wild North cabin and is suitable for those interested in wilderness cabins. The cabin does not correspond to the standard of a well-equipped beach cottage.
Downstairs kitchen/livingroom, bedroom with double bed, upstairs with TV-room and four alcoves, 2 beds in one of them, 2 mattresses in three of them. Steep stais to upstairs. Sauna and washroom in the same building. Eco-toilet in the cottage, outdoor privy on the yard. Cottage is specially decorated: most of the furniture is from Africa. Blackout curtains on the windows. During summer there is a charcoal grill; please bring your own charcoal and fluid. Wi-fi.
Distances: Ranua Zoo 9 km. Sale, restaurant, post 7 km, Syöte ski resort, Syöte national park 65 km.
Snowmobile route is near the cabin (ab. 100 m), good ski tracks. Possibility for horseback riding: 14 km.
Ranua offers great opportunities for picking berries and mushrooms, and for fishing and hunting.
Hillamarkkinat -market yearly in Ranua at the beginning of August.
Cabin can be reached by car all year round.
