125 km southeast of Rovaniemi, 39 km northeast of Ranua, lake Simojärvi 60 m (length of lake 32 km, width 5 km), natural beach, fairly deep, hard sand bottom, own rowboat. Log house, built in 1950s, renovated 2017. Large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, room with sofa bed and fireplace. Sauna, bathroom, shower and hot water tank, separate toilet. Open terrace. Hot water tank is small (about 20 liters). Summer cabin in yard, 2 beds, electric light and fireplace.

Kiva maalaistalon pihapiiri. Tilava mökki ja iso Simojärven ranta aivan vieressä. Hyvä mobiilinetti, joka ei ole aivan itsestään selvyys näillä seuduin.
