Welcome to a cozy apartment on the second floor of the apartment building at Rovakatu 11, completed in 2023. This apartment offers excellent facilities for a holiday, city visit, and exploring the wonders of Lapland. The spacious and modern apartment is centrally located in Rovaniemi, close to city amenities and popular attractions.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment, providing accommodation for up to six guests. The first bedroom has two 80 cm beds, and the second bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed. The living room includes a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space for two. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and toaster. The kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals even during a longer stay.
The highlight of your stay is the private sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures in Lapland. The apartment also features a balcony and a terrace with city views.

The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Rovaniemi. Nearby attractions include Arktikum, Bio Rex, Rovaniemi Stadium, and Lappia Hall. Santa Park is approximately 6.4 kilometers away, and Rovaniemi Airport is about 7 kilometers away.

Tour operators and excursions: Several companies nearby offer bookings for activities such as Northern Lights tours, husky and reindeer programs, and winter activities. My Lapland Travel is located at Rovakatu 20–22, and Wonderlapland is at Rovakatu 19b (information, 2026). Rovaniemi Tourist Information is located at Koskikatu 12. They provide information on attractions, tours, maps, and travel services. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Attractions: Arktikum is about a 13-minute walk from Rovakatu 11. It offers insights into Lapland's nature, history, and culture.
Santa Claus Village: It is about 8 km from the city center. There you can meet Santa Claus, visit the Arctic Circle, Santa's Main Post Office, and enjoy various Christmas tourism services. A bus provides transportation to the village.
