Lomakoti Oiva is a 180 m² holiday home offering comfortable and spacious surroundings for a holiday in Rovaniemi. The property was built in 1999. Located in Saarenkylä, it is ideal for families, groups of friends and larger parties who value privacy as well as good connections to Rovaniemi's services and attractions.

The property comfortably accommodates 7 people, and thanks to a pull-out sofa bed, additional sleeping space allows for up to 9 people in total. There are four bedrooms, offering plenty of space for groups travelling together: two bedrooms have a double bed each, and two have separate single beds.

The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals even during a longer stay. The property has an electric sauna and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two toilets, one of which is located in the bathroom.

For children, there are games, toys, as well as sleds and slides for winter outdoor play. There is also a high chair, a potty and a travel cot.

The spacious living room invites you to spend time together after a day of excursions and activities. At the heart of the living room is a cosy fireplace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your Lapland holiday. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed.

The house is partially accessible and well-suited also for people with limited mobility. Wheelchair users can enter the building with assistance. The site is at ground level, and there is only a 10-centimeter step. There are no thresholds inside, and all doors are wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through.

Of pets, only dogs are allowed.

The location in Saarenkylä provides a great base for exploring Rovaniemi's varied activities throughout the year. Shops, restaurants and the services of the town centre are a short distance away. The surrounding area offers opportunities to enjoy nature and the outdoors, and Rovaniemi's well-known attractions, such as Santa Claus Village, offer experiences for visitors of all ages.
