An atmospheric and traditional cabin in Ruuvanoja, Savukoski, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of Lapland’s wilderness, approximately 148 km north of Kemijärvi. Built in 2001 and extensively renovated in recent years, this 70 m² single-level cabin is an excellent choice for guests who appreciate a wilderness atmosphere.

At the heart of the cabin is the living room, furnished with two pull-out beds (160 cm wide when opened). At the back of the kitchen, a sleeping alcove includes two bunk beds (each bed 80 cm wide).
The fireplace room features a sofa bed (130 cm wide when opened) and a second sleeping area with an 80 cm wide bunk bed. From the fireplace room, you can access the wood-heated sauna — a perfect place to unwind after a day spent outdoors.
Each room has its own fireplace, and the cabin is heated with fireplaces and electric radiators, making fire-building an essential part of the cabin experience.

In the yard, you’ll find a woodshed and a traditional outdoor toilet behind it. Dog owners will appreciate the three outdoor dog kennels with shelters ready for use. There is also a campfire site in the yard.
